About Our Events and Workshops

As our organization grows and matures, our mission in the volunteer activities program to provide outreach to the ill, mentally and physically disabled, seniors, and children. If you know of an organization or person requiring special attention, please let Doreen Lester know so we can review it.  We can set up a time to visit and work with these individuals. Beading together builds bridges to friendships, fellowship, healing and understanding.

The Main Line Bead Society will be adding more and more events for its members to participate in.  It is important for the focus of the society to get involved in the community, educate and share with others our passion for beading and wire work. 

Now for the fineprint: Now don't forget!  It's really important to arrive at each bead shop at least 1/2 hour prior to class.  You'll need this time to design your project and pick out your supplies!
