MLBS Membership Form
Registering for Membership is quick and easy - just print the form, fill out the
required information, and mail it back to us with your check!
The membership fee for a fabulous twelve (12) months is only $45! Seniors 55 and older - you get to join for only $25 a year!
Do you have teens that are interested in beading too? No problem - they can join for only $5 per person for family members ages 12-17! (limit of 4 per family.)
New!! Students 18 and over - you get to join for only $25/yr. Just send us a copy of your Student ID at time of membership.
